Login & Account#

Creating an account#

If your organization allows self-registration, follow the on-screen instructions:

  1. Open your organization's login or registration link
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. After registration, return to AttackTrace to log in

If self-registration is not available, contact your admin to have an account created for you.

Logging in#

  1. Launch AttackTrace
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. After a successful login, the chat interface opens

Common account issues#

Forgotten password#

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If the link is not available, ask your admin to reset your password.

No models available after login#

This usually means your team has not assigned any shared models, or you have not added a personal model yet. See the Models page for guidance.

Cannot call tools after login#

This usually means the relevant integration has not been enabled, or you do not have permission to use that tool. See the Tool Marketplace page.

Logging out#

Click your avatar or account menu in the top-right corner of the client and select "Log out".
