App Settings#
This page focuses on settings that end users typically care about in day-to-day use — not server, database, or deployment parameters.
What you might adjust#
Default model#
If you consistently use the same model, set it as the default to avoid switching on every new conversation.
Tool status#
If you temporarily don't need certain tools, you can disable them or leave the credentials blank and re-enable them when needed.
Account and security#
It is worth periodically checking:
- That you are logged in with the correct account
- That API keys or access tokens have not expired
- That you haven't granted tools more permissions than actually needed
Usage recommendations#
- For general queries: use a faster model
- For deep investigation and long-context analysis: use a more capable model
- For real-environment queries: confirm the relevant tool integration is enabled first
- If results look wrong: start by checking that the model and tool configurations are correct
Team usage recommendations#
If your team uses centrally configured models and tools:
- Prefer shared configurations over personal ones
- If unsure about permissions or quotas, ask your admin first
- Avoid modifying critical shared configurations without coordination
